I also just had this happen in 0.913. I did a stealth-assassination-in-building mission, killed the boss, which increased the continent tier (and popped up the message). When I closed the message, the boss health bar was still blinking red with 400 hitpoints left. |

solo for me. Happens with boss and non-boss monsters, even when not increasing tier. |

Solo for me as well, and I also have started noticing normal monsters doing this. |

Thanks! * Fixed a bug in the prior version where monster health bars would stick around after their death due to the "hang onto this for processing, but please ignore it and make it invisible" logic not applying to the actual health bars. |
