| Description | Specifically 'monster nests of an equal or lower level'. I'm not sure if this is a holdover from the days of levels, or if it's from a time when the spell itself had more than one tier, or if it specifically means equal to or lower than your Civ tier. If the latter, something like 'monster nests of a tier equal to or lower than your civilization tier' would be more informative, if a bit wordy. | ||||
