DescriptionThe Diluter 2 and Diluter 3 enchants were recently changed to work on all higher tier orbs, not just tier 5 orbs. However, their descriptions in the encyclopedia still only mention tier 5 orbs.

* Descriptions for tier 2 and 3 enchants changed in-game to reflect the fact that they can now be used with any higher level tier orb, not just tier 5.
