Summary	0008134: Flameout Spell costs way too much mana
Description	Right now it costs 700 mana, which means it's only available to a Time of Magic player who puts like 8 or 9 upgrades into mana... I tried the spell out and while it is fun, I don't think it is worth the extreme cost (took me 3 casts to kill a regular enemy with it) So I think the spell should have much lower MP cost ( at least half as much), or it should be much MUCH more powerful.
