Description | I was clicking my way through Stantonsburg earlier and I just happened to have the "secret pass" tag selected. Imagine my surprise upon seeing many secret passage tiles in nonsensical places! It didn't take me long to realize that they were associated with where doors used to be, before ceiling tile expansions. I checked these out in the old Alden Ridge game, and, wow! You can unlock doors from the inside?? LOL! I never knew this!
I've written an issue in the past about having doors you can simply open. I'm betting you forgot, after four years, that secret tiles placed adjacent to doors allows you to simply open them. Very cool! I'm going to go back and implement this with the new door placements. I'll also close that other issue.
As for the actual "issue" here, I think you should change the text that appears when you try a door that you can't open without a key. Instead of saying "find a key or smash it down", it should say "find a key, unlock it from inside, or smash it down" or something to that effect. Had I not chanced upon those tags, I might never have known. :) |
