Summary | 0010385: Make Confirm + Any Action Mutually Exclusive
Description | In playing with a gamepad I want to do two things. 1) 'A' should be jump. 'A' is always jump! 2) 'A' should be confirm. 'A' is always confirm! However, when I set that up, confirm makes me jump! If you confirm an action/dialog/etc. it should negate any other actions that take place at the same time as the confirm. My guy talks and then he jumps every time! It's not game breaking (it really just makes him seem very, very excited) but it is rather annoying.

Just to big this up a little, I've recently remapped my controls to this behaviour (I used to have a separate confirm button) and it is a little odd. Every time my char does an action he does a little hop at the same time. If the default joypad controls of the game are going to combine the jump and confirm buttons on A then this is a pretty significant polish issue, if not it's not quite as important. |
