Description	The game tells me my shoes should give me Storm Dash. So I double-tapped. And nothing happened. Save attached.

Chris_McElligottPark Feb 1, 2013 10:19 am administrator ~0030444	Thanks! * Previously, for equipment that has simple "on/off" abilities like "granting storm dash," if the modifier to that was less than 50% poor, then it would not give you the ability even though it would tell you it did. This has been fixed to just always give you the ability.
