Summary0010642: Prevent monsters from spawning too close to entry point.
DescriptionThis one happens *really* often, particularly in buildings, but it can be in any area type. Where monsters will either spawn ON the door or spot where the player enters the area, or so close that they may as well be on it. The game produces a great deal of completely unavoidable hits this way. A pretty nasty issue that's bound to result in alot of frustration.

* Inside buildings and caves, non-swimming monsters are now barred from spawning too close to doors (within 5 tiles in any direction from the door center). This should help to eliminate the unavoidable sneak attacks from dinosaurs and such.
