Summary	0011004: galaxy map intel summary shows wrong number of engineers (off by one)
Description	The galaxy map intel summary shows wrong number of engineers (off by one). For example, it shows three engineers while I have only two (and the planetary view shows two). Maybe home station or military mark I station counts as an engineer?
