Summary	0011050: I can't place any warp gates!
Description	I tried to place a warp gate for starships so I could warp my nebula ships to my home system and I select that one and try to place it but nothing happens. It is like that for any warp gate. All the other construction tab structures place fine. I started this game before several of the patches and dunno if that is related to this. Help me Keith...you are my only hope!
