Summary0011096: Electronic Warfare Starship
DescriptionLightly armed starship that is designed to disrupt enemy spacecraft's electronics system, reducing their combat capability.

I have 3 ideas on how to do this:
*My initial idea is for the ship to shoot shots that cause effect to ships hit, with multishot but slow firing cycle, and is best for disrupting low cap ships
*Another system that might work: basically make it have tabbed abilities like champions and run the abilities on either global cooldown, resource of some kind, or individual cooldown.
* System 3 is a bit like Riot Control Starship, where it's basically modular ship with each mark giving new modules that aren't just fort/champion style upgraded guns...

Ship's (I imagine for cap of 1 or 2 only) abilities may or may not include (these are examples):
To enemies:
* Reduce enemy firing range
* Jam enemy fire cycle
* Reduce speed
To friendlies:
* Temporary force field immunity
* Boosted firing range

I think this might be either unlock (for first and third system), or an experimental unit (for 2nd system)
