| Summary | 0011189: Cannot upgrade buildings when a units occupies the tile. | ||||
| Description | I'm trying to upgrade a barracks that's almost dead (the only reason to do so at the moment), but since they're spawning new units there'll usually be one on top. I have the lumber and cut stone and can upgrade a vacant barracks, but the icon is greyed out, and claims that I do not have the resources required. In this save, it's the Greek barracks next to the lone defensive tower. | ||||
