Summary0011193: Building Capture
DescriptionIf a building attached to a town center is captured, but the town center isn't, the building shows up with 0 hp and is white. If the town center is captured, it switches ownership. However, if the town center never switches, the only way to replace the building are to slam them, then rebuild them. I had one town that most of the buildings went white, then the entire town went yellow, then the original side retook it, retaking all of the buildings?

Seems somewhat counterintuitive that they could retake all of those buildings and put them back into production after losing the town center for a few turns, but for the 20 or so turns that they sat there before hand, wouldn't do anything about them.

I think a possible long-term solution is to have auto-repairing...
 It begins when:
 - no enemies are in a town-radius+1 range.
 - *none* of the building in that radius are being damaged, so one ranged-siege units will still take a town.
 - auto-repair returns the building to active status after 50%, like in AIWar remains mechanics.

 On capture of the town-center, all destroyed building can begin auto-repairing and immediately start at 40% on the first ring, and 25% on the second ring.
 Capture of a resource spot uses the current mechanics, as effective you're only killing the guards. Non-destroyed building simply switch.

 Alternatively, allow 1 action to immediately replace the building without needing to smack it. Direct act: restore building, next to building upgrade. Costs the same as if you have to rebuild it?

Yep, that was a problem; white buildings now repair themselves after 10 turns with a counter. That was added a while back.
