Summary	0011206: 800 x 600 resolution results in overlapping menus, and jittering command-menu to the left
Description	The left commands menu will need to be resized for that resolution, as the military buildings are placed underneath the score bar. It is also too tall for 600px, resulting in the menu jumping down for an instant whenever you tried to select something. I doubt many people will encounter this resolution unless you're going to be doing mobile gaming.
