Summary0011259: Building status display
DescriptionHave buildings display differently when their status is different from the norm. For example, if a buildings is at a low level of HP, say, 10% or lower (or whatever), have it flash red or something, making it easy to spot which buildings are nearly wrecked. Similarly, if I upgrade one of them, have it show that too... perhaps a color change might do for this, also allowing the altered building to stand out more.

Also, if a resource building/tile is filling up, have something display to show that as well. It'd be very helpful to know if any of my resource tiles are more than halfway full of stuff, since it'd mean the stuff isnt getting transferred enough.

Currently you have to constantly mouse over individual buildings to check any of this, which is a slow process.
