Summary	0011303: Non-focused mouse scrolling
Description	BUG (or annoyance): Screen scrolls when the mouse is outside of the window. This happens even if the window is not in front. This is really annoying. If you must scroll the window while the mouse is outside of it, do it a. only when the window is front (the game has the UI's focus) and b. the mouse cursor within a reasonable distance of the window's border, I'd suggest.

tigersfan May 7, 2013 1:45 pm reporter ~0031974	Unfortunately, with the Unity engine, there is no way for the game to know if it's in focus or not. Hopefully this will get worked out with Unity at some point. But for now, we can't do this. Sorry.
