Summary0011417: Make Last Fallen Spire Shard always spawn at the closest AI Homeworld
DescriptionIn my current game (120 world snake map), The final shard spawned next to the Homeworld at the other end of the map.

At first I did not think this was bad, but I just watched my fleet get chewed up twice by the Special Forces at about 90 plants in. I have 80 planets and one AI homeworld colonized, but the shear amount of grind I need to break though, if it is even possible is insane at this point. It takes a full 2 hours to rebuild after each attack to get just one world. Meaning to win or get to the final shard, I am looking at at least 60 hours to finish this game. And that is going around with a fleet with over 28 Spire Dreadnoughts.

Exo waves make up of hunter killers die faster and similar then the Special Forces. 100,000+ AI ships on low caps takes forever to kill.
