Summary0011422: Barracks at 0 hp still have faction flag and can produce units
DescriptionLoad provided save.
There is a satellite Greek town near mountain range on right side of map.
Barracks there have 0 hp. If you end turn for both sides that barracks will produce unit.

This particular issue is resolved in .808

Barracks and Archery load up with white flags as they should.
