| Description | This powerplant gathers energy from the ripples in warpspace caused by the activity of the AI's warp grid. It generates plenty of energy without a running material cost but it only works as long as either an AI is allowed to send regular waves at its planet or it is adjacent to a planet with a wave warpgate (in case something like cross planet waves is on). Not sure if it should be a capturable or a very low cap research item. | ||||
