Summary	0011634: Sandbox quirk
Description	In the sandbox you can place pretty much whatever you want. Units and buildings are still locked per profile unlocks so they can't be placed directly. Units that are locked like this can still be produced from buildings however, like Berserkers from the Norse Barracks. It's fairly trivial, just something I noticed that was a bit weird (and I meant to mention earlier).
