| Description | This would enable you to alternate the current faction while building to ensure a better balance. @GUI: I recommend to add a button above "End Turn" showing "Switch". The current "End Turn" button should end the turn immediatly. (Though this might complicate beginners' access. e.g. forgets to switch to blue before ending turn. This could be "workaround" by disabling "End Turn" until at least one "Swtich" was made) | ||||

There's not actually room for another button on the sidebar on the smallest resolutions (720px high) for one. But also this is just a very huge shift to the flow of the game, which I think would throw people for a loop -- recent reactions to large changes of this nature have been pretty negative, and I don't think the gains here are worth the blowback. I think it overcomplicates the turns for new players, as you mention, which is also a big drawback. |

If you will rethink about it eventually (in the unknown future): this could be an option at the options menu for more advanced players. But I will leave it now as it is :) |
