Summary0011720: Reduce severity of splash damage
DescriptionThis has to do mostly with the minotaur, who enters the game much more easily on the Greek side than any other creature since he's so cheap (especially relative to his damage output). I don't know how it works out for the Troll.

Basically, splash damage combined with the ability to take out buildings with one hit make minotaurs a complete disaster. Towns are very sensitive to having tiles destroyed. Once a supply chain is ruined, a town cannot defend itself. This means that a town could be out of action after a minotaur hits it, and it won't produce the units to even try to fight back. Combined with the fact that ruin tiles are permanent, this means that if a minotaur gets even one turn to touch a town, you might as write that town off. This isn't very fun. There needs to be time to respond to a threat, even if it's a minotaur.

I can think of a few solutions:
1. Make splash damage apply only to units.
2. Make splash damage use only a very small fraction of the original damage.
3. A splash-causing unit should cause much less damage, since it's multiplied.
4. Remove splash damage since it's against the spirit of the game (due to the importance of each tile).

* Minotaurs and Trolls now only damage units on the cardinally-adjacent tiles to their target, not buildings as well. This makes it so that they aren't leveling towns in one or two blows.
