Summary	0011727: A control to make reclaimed ships start on FRD so they don't end up somewhat uselessly sitting off by themselves on a planet
Description	This would be a nice control option because since it is not visible which ships are going to be reclaimed upon death. That way they are more useful than not on FRD. I often find small numbers of reclaimed ships that get missed or get turned from a small attack or the remnants of a large one. Those reclaimed ones can be easy to miss, so having them start on FRD would make them more useful I think.
