Summary | 0011750: Friendly roaming enclaves - a more aggressive behaviour option?
Description | The friendly roaming enclaves nowadays are awesome! However, I believe yet another option (a last one!) to be yet more independently aggressive; this is mostly for attritioning more heavily-populated AI planets when the player has secure borders but wants to focus elsewhere with mobile military. This emerged from observing my entire pack of 35 starships continuing to dump their entire fleet's load on a few planets that had inflated military firepower due to certain undestructibles or temporary traffic over a planet I believe would be more efficiently zerged over time instead. Obviously rather than specifically reweighting firepower, it would be far more appropriate to give enclaves a moderately suicideish mode (they should just dump and leave). Not a priority, they work very well in their current behavioural form. This would be a cherry on the top.
