Can be loaded just like modular anything. *Intended to help you move your production center to a new location easier. *Foldouts, if added, are separate. They are treated separately. Both normal and foldouts use the same template set. *Optional: Allow a two-layered template, so you build factory, and apply this template, which deploys the foldouts, and applies their templates.
