Summary	0011908: Paraylsis timer resets on widow tractor beams when going through a warp point.
Description	If the thing that has your ships (Widow Astrotrain, Black Widow Golem, etc.) goes through a warp point before the timer finishes counting down, it gets reset coming into the next system making paralysis effectively infinite. Is this intended behavior?
