Description | Idea coming from: http://www.arcengames.com/forums/index.php/topic,13547.0/topicseen.html This was originally just meant as a joke, but it could just as well be meant seriously. I suggest more proactive offensive AI behaviour that does not just amount to "send stuff to die at the whipping boy". To be more precise, stealth AI fleets that actively seek to hide their movements by killing off tachyon units or evading them, by going into stand-down mode and hiding when a superior human force is present, and that might eventually sabotage key human facilities or even create bases of operation within player territory. I'll leave the details to others, consider this one a suggestion on the general idea. | ||||

This actually sounds a lot like hybrid behavior, though some of what you said could be implemented into hybrids to make them do their "stuff" smarter. |

Does everything smart have to be tied to the hybrids? The rest of the AI forces will end up feeling inadequate! |
