Summary0011974: Shield Module Health as Ship Health
DescriptionFor Modular Starships, with shields, I would suggest that, when selected, their displayed health percentage in the group selection, take into account shield health.

First of all, In addition to Average-Minimum health displays, Include Shield Average/Min health percent after those, if shield modules are attached.

Second, In the case of a single shield failing, Cause the ship to count as having half it's actual health. If two or all shields fail, count it at a third of it's actual health. That way, I can use the N8/9 (I think) to force them to retreat, instead of retreating the whole fleet, or manually checking (requiring pause or massive amounts of time I can't afford in battle)
~Still would like to know how shield impact theft works, as in which shield gets hit.
