| Description | Not entirely sure if this is a bug or not, but it doesnt say in the description that Delos makes building upgrades via currency entirely free. If it's not a bug, it is at least an incredibly overpowered effect since you can max out every single upgradeable building in a single turn once it goes into effect. | ||||

Thanks! * Fixed a bug that would let upgrades to units and buildings be affected by things that made placement of that building or unit free (things like Hera or Delos). |
