Description | Starting with 7.005 it's now possible to build mk V ships at space docks, if you have the right prereq. But if you have no access to mk IV model of the same ship, the mk V ship will appear in the mk I slot, in space dock UI. Not sure if I explained it in a clear way, so have a look to the screenshot. please compare with the anti-armor ship: for it I have MK I and MK V so it appears in the right position | ||||

An interesting question: If you get the mark I unlock for one of the ships you only have mark V of, will it adjust the UI correctly to display normally? EDIT: Ok, after playing a bit last night the answer to the above question is yes. Having only the mk. V of a ship from a fab will cause it to display on the mk. I line but if you get access to the mk. I version of that same ship, the UI then alters itself to display the pictures of the mks. I-V like it normally would. |
