Between very similar costs and bonuses against the same targets, there doesn't seem to be enough to make these two units interestingly different.

My recommendation would be to remove the Huscarl's defensive bonus against Siege (which won't often come up) and replace it with a defensive bonus against Cavalry. This would help differentiate the units while also giving the Norse a good unit for fighting Cavalry, which they don't currently have.

* Norse Huscarls now have a strong defensive bonus against cavalry instead of siege, thus differentiating them from Marauders a lot more. And giving the Norse an anti-cav unit, which they did not have before.
