Thanks! * Fixed an issue that has apparently existed for as long as building upgrades have existed: ** The actual resource amounts produced by the first upgrade level were doubling the base production of the resource producer, making them way overpowered. Then the remaining upgrades beyond the first proceeded at the regular scale. ** The actual upgrade tooltips were showing what the values _should_ have been but were not. But these values were, in actual practice, far too low to be useful these days. ** Fixed the bug with the overpowered-in-practice first level of upgrade, and then tweaked the upgrade progression so that it is useful and flows naturally from one level to the next. |
