Description | Currently it is possible to scout the map by switching to an Exo optimiyzed for sight/sensor range and the switching back too a more shortsighted (but hardy) Exo to do the dirty works. Not sure whether it's intended to work this way. The alternative would be to adjust the view both ways based on which Exo is selected. That way increased sight has a prize . by having to select a (presumably) weaker Exo... | ||||

I would say you already have lost some payoff by having +Sensor Range instead of a more beneficial stat, such as damage, shields, range, or hacking points (Science). Besides, you can only shoot at what you can see, and your sensor range is farther than your LoS. I guess I just don't see this as an issue. |
