No, it's displaying the part's effects on the bottom-left hand side of the screen: Level 1 Minelayer Consumes 5 Power +12 Mines +15% Mine/Sentry Strength +3 Hacking Points The right hand side is for if you select that module. Since you are removing it, there is no power consumption, production, or other effects. I was a bit confused at first too, but I can't think of a better way to display it. |

Ah, I see. You know, I never even noticed that was there before. Maybe a minor change in text then, just so it doesn't look like a bug: Module Under Cursor "No Module" --> "Currently Installed Module (see left)" or some such thing. |
