Description | Basically, these guys (at least I'm pretty sure it's the hidebot, I might have the name wrong) are difficult for the wrong sorts of reasons. The player has no options for them; you literally wait to get shot, and... that's it. That's the only way to even find them. And even then, if they fire and remain invisible... which they seem to do most of the time... you can only find them if you manage to notice the exact tile that their speedy pistol shot comes from. On Expert it's very, very easy to lose Exos simply because you dont spot the tile and keep firing at other tiles. You cant really run from them either, because they'll just follow and pop up at another very random time. So far these are the only enemy in the game that there really is no defense against in most situations; the only thing that at all works is a thin tunnel + mines, but that's only if the level generates one, and only if nothing else steps on the mines first. | ||||

Thanks! Let me know if this is not enough: * HideBots have had their base attack range reduced from 4 to 2, since they are invisible from more than 5 tiles away. |
