Summary	0012604: Display greyed out icon for depleted items (instead of the cracked, destroyed one)
Description	Affects Hacking Points, Stealth points, Mines, etc. As some of these items (Steath, Hacking) may be restored using the respective bays this might be more appropriate if doable. (And even those not restorable at the moment might become restorable at some point ;))
