Summary0012611: Stealth / Invisible enemies and kill counters cause conflict:
DescriptionRepro:
1) Enter any mission type that has both a "kill all enemy bots" requirement and also features bots who use cloaking / stealth / invisibility effects (or the terminal that turns all enemy bots invisible).
2) Engage an invisible bot in combat.
3) Disable the invisible bot (EMP, force it to run out of ammo, utilize a virus[?])

Result:
The bot remains invisible indefinitely, (because it is no longer taking actions I guess?) but the kill counter still requires the player to defeat the bot.

Expected:
Invisible bots that are disabled lose invisibility effect
OR
Invisible bots that are disabled do not count towards a kill requirement for any mission

In case the issue is not clear -- in a nutshell, the game is requiring the player to hunt down an invisible bot which could be anywhere on the entire map. The only way the player can locate the invisible bot is to walk over every single square of the map tile by tile until they bump into it. Not fun at all.

See the attached save file (casual difficulty) for the issue in action. Can YOU find the last remaining bot on the map? I sure can't.

(In the event there is actually no bot on the map, the issue is still valid, as prior to this save I had hunted down 3 additional stealthed bots who had already run out of ammo)

Keith: related to this, the disabled counters on EMPed enemies are not counting down in general. If that were fixed, then I suspect that this would go away.

* Fixed an issue where cloaked enemies that were EMPed would stay cloaked forever.

For 0.920:

* Now bots that, for whatever reason, either cannot move or cannot shoot are never considered invisible.
