DescriptionThe Epic Siege Exo's Plasma Cannon combined with Explosive Rune doesn't generate a big enough explosion. More precisely, Explosive Runes don't seem to be triggered at all by the Plasma Cannon.

Firing at the lower-right rune in the attached savegame isn't suicidal. This is a bug.

Marked as "major" because the most important part of the game is definitely making big explosions, and this bug gets in the way of that!

Please retest in 0.926 when it's out, as the way it handles the runes is very different there :)

Ah, the problem in that case is that the plasma cannon is killing the fuel tank right next to the rune before the rune's mirroring kicks in, and the recursive blast of the fuel tank "steals" the rune before the PC's check gets to it. Will attempt to reorder the logic so that the "primary" explosion (the one kicking off the ruckus) wins :)

Hmm, actually that doesn't seem like it was it (splash damage can't trigger runes, nor can fuel tank explosions at all). The hunt continues...

Ok, here we go. For 0.928:

* Fixed a bug where Fuel Tank explosions could "steal" the explosive-rune-mirroring that the triggering explosion would have caused, thus making a plasma cannon hitting a rune cause a chain of fuel-tank explosions instead of (far more impressive) plasma cannon explosions.

* Fixed a bug where hitting an explosive rune with the last round of ammo from a weapon would produce chain explosions that did no damage.

Turns out the fuel tank was stealing the mirroring, just not the way I initially thought. And the thing with the ammo was an entirely separate bug preventing actual damage even once I got it to the point of the explosion visually covering the exo.

There can always be more than one thing wrong!
