They've been severely rebalanced since this report, so I assume they are fixed.

Teleport Raider:

    * Base Attack Power from 100/300/500/700 => 120*mk.
    * Armor Piercing from 0 => 150*mk.
    * Base Health from 400/800/1400/2000 => 1500*mk.
    * Armor Rating from 150/225/300/375 => 0.
    * Bonus vs Polycrystal from 30 => 2.
    * Bonus vs UltraLight from 4 => 2.

...actually, they've been nerfed, now they are ineffective against bombers also

That's actually all buff except sort of in the attack power (but piercing more than makes up for that, making them more effective against stuff with any armor), and except in terms of the armor rating (but the health was vastly increased, way more valuable), and except in terms of the bonuses against polycrystal and ultralight, which you're right were a nerf.

I'll leave it to Keith to comment further on his rationale behind some of this, but if you have suggestions on how you'd like to see these evolve, by all means feel free to reopen.

Huh, looking at the numbers I think I must have just forgotten to finish something I was doing. They had minimal base-dps AND low-end bonuses. They aren't intended to have a "normal" total of base-dps+bonuses due to the teleporting thing. Anyway, for the next version I've significantly buffed it's effectiveness vs armor by "condensing" its attack to fire 4x slower but do 4x damage, and then bumped it up to 5x what it was in the last version to just mildly buff the base dps. And doubled its bonus, since that was lower than I must've intended.

Anyway, they'll certainly be better now.

The actual numbers, for the curious:

* Further Teleport Raider rebalancing:
** Base Attack Power from 120*mk => 600*mk.
** Seconds-Per-Salvo from 2 => 8.
** Bonus vs Polycrystal from 2 => 4.
** Bonus vs UltraLight from 2 => 4.
** Bonus vs Refractive from 2 => 4.
** Bonus vs Structural from 2 => 4.
