Description | The AoE damage decay makes sense* when it comes to things like Rockets and Plasma Cannons. However, I don't think it needs to apply to Overload. By its very nature, the Overload ability is high-risk, moderate-high reward, as it is limited to a range of 4. I would rather not see its damage decay, especially seeing as how I need to know whether it will kill the bots in question, or whether I need to hit the cloaking device.
*To be perfectly honest, I don't like the AoE damage decay in general (it makes it harder for me to know whether I will deal the damage I want without performing number crunching), but I do understand the need for it. |
