Summary	0013078: Legacy achievements to remove
Description	There are 12 achievements associated with older versions of the game that no longer exist: leveling NPCs to level 5, getting continent-wide effects (I and V), etc. These achievements do not appear on Steam, but they still remain within the game's menu. They should be stricken from the list of achievements if the game version does not even have the NPC-leveling mechanic anymore, which it does not. (This applies to all 1.2 versions, I've checked in 1.2 and 1.207 personally ... not sure exactly when the NPC-leveling was removed, but whenever it was ... it should have its associated achievements pulled from the game as well).
