| Description | I was able to reproduce this in both stable and beta via help from IRC and I was doing a basic tutorial 1 to get the basic understanding on how to play the game. When I sent my scout through the wormhole, I then try to place the scout on the station. The scout disappeared and I get a lot of repeated unhandled errors and was not able to continue my tutorial. Note that once you've figured out how to send the scout through the wormhole and use the Galaxy Map (TAB), Tutorial 1 is pretty much done. (I tell you this because the .pdf manual is woefully out of date, though it should still convey the basics adequately) |

Sorry for the delay in responding, I hadn't been aware of this report. Do you have a save from just before getting the error? I've run through this tutorial (and the rest of them up through to the start of the intermediate one) within the past few weeks and didn't run into any errors like this. So it's probably something that wouldn't readily reproduce for me, and I need it to reproduce for me to fix it (the error text from you tells me roughly where the problem occurred and the general type of error that occurred, but I have to reproduce it locally to get line numbers and actually be able to fix it). Sorry about the inconvenience, and thanks for the help :) |
