Summary0013214: Complaints about losing nonexistent armada after smuggling spacefaring tech
DescriptionAs seen in the screenshot, an ungrateful Peltian decided to tell the whole system that I'd destroyed an armada that never existed in the first place. Either that's a bug or it's a cunning and subtle piece of misdirection to cover up the smuggling.

(This happens every time I smuggle spacefaring tech.)

For 0.703:

* Changed the "we just lost an armada" bleat type to only occur if the armada in question was naturally occurring. As opposed to the made-up-on-the-spot ships for smuggling spacefaring, etc.
