Summary0013297: Acutian spokespeltian
DescriptionThe Acutian CEOs screen doesn't seem to have a status message of its own, so it uses the one from the previously visited planetary screen. In the attached screenshot, they have a spokespeltian, but they could just as easily have mood swings or election dates instead.

* For races like the Acutians, who don't have a status message on a certain part of their politics window, they now show nothing rather than mistakenly continuing to show whatever was there the last time you opened the politics window.
