Summary0013521: Radar ships activate at beginning of mission
DescriptionThis is for the smuggle tech mission. A couple of the radar ships in the mission will activate automatically when your first turn begins and start producing their fleets. It seems very random as to which ones activate and which ones dont.

In addition, it's random as to wether or not it counts as you actually getting caught. Sometimes a bunch of them will activate but you'll succeed completely, other times you might get caught by everyone.

This is happening every time for this mission type.

The random-triggering thing was fixed a few versions ago, and the "who caught me?" thing is no longer relevant as they all get the influence negative thing now (though it is variable now based on who's reacting to who getting it).
