Summary0013748: Solar Map: Improving influence using tech trades might be too easy?
DescriptionGifting techs yourself is fairly okay in terms of giving you 10 influence with a race, I guess. Making another race gift tech providing 30 influence (+20 another inter-race relationship) might be a bit over the top, especially since I never have seen a single request to trade a tech fail - ever.

This is without the tech availability changes released in .852, though.

If the issue persists, maybe halve the benefits provided by arranging a tech trade between races? This might reign in stuff a bit. Currently this seems a fairly OP strategy to me...
