| Description | One thing I think sorely lacking from the tutorial is about changing race relationships, it's something I'm still not entirely clear on myself. This could use bringing up around the same time as the federation. It's made obvious that making races like/dislike each other is fairly important, what's not clear is how to go about doing that. Information here could include how to make races like each other (FYI I've still only found gifting tech/trade routes as a way to do it, not even sure if there's other ways). Also on how to make races not like each other (only way I've personally found to do this is planting conspiracies) | ||||
