Summary0014020: Pirate interceptors are way too strong
DescriptionAt least on Misery, they do over 7000 per shot, and they're just interceptors. Way too much for something that can be on top of you so quickly, and something that's kinda hard to even see/notice much of the time.

Somewhere between 2000-3000 would make more sense for these.

Another thing to go along with that, perhaps have them also fire more shots in a spread; gives them more threat as they have a higher chance of hitting you, but they wont have super-powered individual shots. Dangerous but alot less frustrating.

* Pirate Interceptors were crazy OP. They had 2.5x as much attack power per shot as normal interceptors, AND 3x higher firing rate. Now they just have 3x higher of a firing rate.
