Also in that save, the Boarines are over-committed on attacking the Acutians, so their outposts are not defended even though they have plenty of armadas. |

Oh, a few minutes later the boarines did go to war with the thoraxians, but it should happens as soon as they get attacked. |

Thanks! * Previously, when one race destroyed the space installation of another race, it only caused a drop of 1.4 attitude. Now it causes a drop of 20. The outpost stuff is kind of like a skirmish outside war. It's not an immediate war any more than small skirmishes between ships are. But with the higher attitude drops, war becomes vastly more likely via this. |
