Summary	0014164: Confusion when I first hit the solar map
Description	I just had absolutely no idea what to do, or how to do any of the things I might want to do, if I knew what I wanted to do. I think that a tutorial through some basic dispatch missions would really help. Especially Research Tech. That took me a while to figure out.
